If you are unsure which size is right for you, you can refer to our size guide, located in the product description for every item. If you still need help selecting your size, message us via the website chat or email at CustomerCare@designfullycurated.com, and we will do our best to help you.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. Here is our simple 3-step return process:
1) Submit a Return/Return Request.
2) Once we approve your request, we will email you a return shipping label. You have 3 days to use the shipping label before it and the return request expires.
3) Use the return shipping label to mail your item to our fulfillment center. We do not accept any merchandise or returns at our headquarters in Rockville, Maryland.
You can always purchase your preferred item after you receive your refund. Please review our Refund Policy before submitting a Return/Return Request.
Our fulfillment center makes every effort to perform a thorough quality assurance review before shipping your item. If your item arrives in a defective condition, contact us at CustomerCare@designfullycurated.com. Include a picture of the defective item and your order number. You can also complete the Return/Return Request form.
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we cannot change or cancel it.
